The 30hr Greenbuild in Construction for CAD P. Eng's package is designed to provide Canadian Professional Engineers the opportunity of fulfilling up to 30 of their formal activity PDH, CPD, or continuing education requirements (+ 1 free ethics PDH/CPD/CE) while developing their knowledge and skills pertaining to the concepts of green building applications to construction.

Through the combination of theoretical and practical knowledge provided in this package, engineers will gain an understanding of green building concepts such as off-grid and energy-saving construction and design.

Courses on green architectural features are included, such as green roofs, energy-efficient windows, and LED lighting. Other topics include brief courses on natural residence-cooling methods and guidelines on reducing greenhouse gas emissions in construction.
