John Audu is a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure development, maintenance, and multidisciplinary project execution. He holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he is also a Fellow. His career includes serving as a Zonal Highway Engineer with the Federal Ministry of Works in Nigeria, as well as working with Shell and Chevron as a project and construction engineer on a wide range of initiatives, including building and pipeline construction, facilities maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL). In addition to his engineering practice, John is a Fellow and former Branch Chairman of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is a published author and a dedicated advocate for affordable housing, with numerous technical papers and presentations contributing to the field.
